Carol has over 16 years’ professional experience in the Recruitment, Financial Services and Logistics industries, having held senior sales positions in both domestic and multi-national organisations.

Recruitment is where Carol's real passion lies and her flair for identifying and satisfying the needs of her clients adds real sustainable value to the businesses she works with.

Having spent time working for one of the leading Financial Institutions in the country, she has a comprehensive, in depth and current understanding of the staffing needs within this industry and is connected to the best talent in the marketplace.

Carol's drive, dedication and commitment results in a powerful collaboration between her and her clients, identifying and mobilising the best talent in the marketplace.  This has resulted in her building highly effective and long-term relationships with the clients she partners with.

Carol holds an Honours Degree from DCU in Business Studies where she specialised in Marketing in her final year.

Steven

Steven has over 10 years’ HR experience in financial services. He has a passion for recruitment and truly believes that this is the foundation of the employee journey.

Steven began his financial services career in various recruitment roles (both agency and in-house). Since then he has held multiple Senior HR Management positions in both banking and the wider financial services sector; where he has led teams of up to 10 professionals across all disciplines of HR. He has operated in a Senior HR Business Partner capacity, guiding and influencing Company Directors on people strategies that meet the goals of the organisation.

Steven is skilled in market leading job evaluation methods and is a true practitioner of organisation design. This allows him to quickly evaluate how one resourcing need fits into the wider organisation, thus ensuring the right result for both client and candidate.

Steven holds expertise in psychometric and ability testing which he has used in various stages of the employee lifecycle; from talent identification to employee development through to career coaching and outplacement.

Steven is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development. He holds a Bachelor of Business Studies Degree (Honours), specialising in Human Resource Management from DCU; and a Diploma in Employment Law from DBS.
