Steven has over 15 years’ experience at senior level covering all aspects of HR. This includes change management, recruitment and selection, employee / industrial relations, employment law, redundancy management, reward, talent management and learning. He has represented companies in both the Workplace Relations Commission and the Labour Court. He has a Diploma in Employment Law and a Degree in Business Studies specialising in HR from Dublin City University. Steven is trained in psychometric evaluation and personality profiling, accredited from the British Psychological Society. He is a member of the CIPD, which is the UK & Ireland recognition body for HR professionals.
