Carol has extensive experience in recruitment and client relationship management. She has won numerous Global and European awards in recognition of her expert consultative approach and her ability to generate high levels of revenue for her employers. Carol has worked with one of the largest global brands which employs over 400,000 people worldwide. Recruitment and Training are where Carol’s real passions lie and her flair for identifying and satisfying the needs of her clients adds real sustainable value to the businesses she works with. Carol holds a Bachelor of Business Degree from Dublin City University.

Steven has over 20 years’ experience at senior level covering all aspects of HR. This includes change management, recruitment and selection, employee / industrial relations, employment law, redundancy management, reward, talent management and learning. He has represented companies in both the Workplace Relations Commission and the Labour Court. He has a Diploma in Employment Law and a Degree in Business Studies specialising in HR from Dublin City University. Steven is trained in psychometric evaluation and personality profiling, accredited from the British Psychological Society. He is a member of the CIPD, which is the UK & Ireland recognition body for HR professionals.
