  • HR Health Check: Our HR Health Check ensures that your company is compliant with Irish employment legislation. As part of the review, we cover 60 areas of employment law and provide you with a summary report detailing your compliance with:
    1. The contract of employment.
    2. Policies and procedures.
    3. General employment law compliance etc.
    4. Retention of employment records.
  • Employment contract templates: We will provide employment contract templates that are tailored for your business and which are compliant with Irish employment legislation, covering permanent and fixed-term appointments.
  • Employee handbook: We will work with you to develop an employee handbook for your business which will include all mandatory HR policies and procedures.
  • Keep updated with changes to employment legislation: We will keep you notified of any upcoming employment law changes and provide advice on implementation.
  • Updates to employment contract templates and employee handbook: We will review and update your contract templates and employee handbook regularly to ensure they remain compliant with employment legislation.
  • Ongoing HR advice and support: We will provide ongoing HR advice to your business through our phone and email service.
